　外からの敵は寄せ付けない頑健そのもの肉体でも、身体の内部の疾患に、肉体の成長についていけなかったゆえの内臓疾患に、苦しまされることがあるのと似ている。

maybe it will not have enemy out of the country,
but it will face the enemy inside the country.

it will suffer because of any disease and sickness.
