Italian Food or French Cuisine
If give you these 2 options, which 1 will you choose?
Italian Food or French Cuisine?
I have work in Italian and French Restaurant, both of them have thier specialize.
For me, I prefer French more then Italian, because french cuisine is not only foods, it is art also.
From the appetizer till desert, you can feel that each dishes have their design.
French food is not focus on volume but on design.
Italian food is focus on taste more than design.
What is your answer?

not really tasted french food...so no comments...
but tasted italian food when i was in Italy...taste good!!of course with the environment also loh...
mmm..italian food in KL consider as fusion food...actually...for me lah...dunno what is your comments lah.

I watch Iron Chef (Japan)
The Iron Chef French Sakai is one talented chef I most like.
i like french food too..
at least they have use thier heart to make everything.
thats why i like french food.
Sakai san is really good chef.
but Japan have a lot of good chef from France also.
My favorite chef is Philip Garand.
for me taste is more important. for majority chinese, i believe taste is very much important. Just like Chan Sow Lin fish head @ Jalan Tiga, fantastic super delicious good but presentation just worst than home cooked food

well, basically all cuisine talk about the food presentation, appearance, colour combination and taste. not only french and italian cuisine.
Italian basically used lots of olive oil, tomato, herbs, cheese..
French cuisine will have different kind of style. talk about quality of the food. if u do study n research on both of these cuisine, u will find the different and the history of the cuisine. i can't remember the details of it. too long ago ...

i am studying this cuisine now.
I working in 2 places now.
1 is French restaurant, and the other is Italian food. I facing them everyday. I have to study every wine and cheese and a lot of things for this 2 cuisine everyday.
It's difficult to make a choice. I love Boeuf Bourguignon, Quiche Lorraine, ... But I also love pizza, spaghetti bolognese.
